Sawyer Smith, a real estate & residential brokerage based out of Jersey City, wanted to boost and reach more local first-time home buyers and residents by becoming a recognizable office on Facebook & Instagram.

From November 2017 - May 2018

Sawyer Smith Residential was a real estate office with extensive ties to the local rental property management offices and had a long history of brokerage work within the Jersey City area. The Problem? They could not connect to the community in any way they knew possible. We used tested viral tactics from previous real estate campaigns to stir up conversations through our agent videos. Some of the ways we did this was by naming new neighborhoods, investment tips and even click bait videos.
